To claim your prize, please take note of the following:

✅ Personal appearance is required when claiming the prize. Two valid government IDs must be presented
✅ Only registered overseas workers, Senior Citizens and those with severe health-related issues (with certification from the CHO) may authorize a representative to claim their prize. The authorized representative must present an authorization letter and government-issued ID of the winner and of the representative upon claiming the prize.
✅ For billing account with juridical name, proof of proprietorship and/or notarized secretary certificate
✅ TIN ID of the grand prize winners are required upon claiming of prize.
