PLEBISCITE IS POSTPONED TODAY, JULY 1 and JULY 2, 2023
Update on Plebiscite as of 7pm, 30 June 2023
Notwithstanding the lifting of the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO), the postponement of the plebiscite scheduled on July 1 and 2 stays. Hence, the Plebiscite tomorrow and on Sunday is still POSTPONED.
This is to avoid confusion among members/consumers who were earlier informed of the postponement of the Plebiscite pursuant to the Order of the Regional Trial Court Branch 42, Bacolod City.

re: Plebiscite respecting the Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) between CENECO and Primelectric Holdings, Inc./Negros Electric Power Corporation (NEPC)
CENECO announces that in deference to the Order of the Regional Trial Court Branch 42, Bacolod City, the Plebiscite set on July 1 and July 2, 2023 shall be postponed.
The Plebiscite, however, scheduled on July 8 and 9, 2023 shall continue.
Please be guided accordingly.
