In this time of CoViD-19 where usual CENECO meter reading and bill rendering services, and collection of electricity bills payment in the main and area offices are temporarily suspended due to the observance of enhanced community quarantine, member-consumer-owners are advised of these guides on how to check and pay their electricity bills:
CENECO Short Messaging System Program
Register your CENECO account to the SMS Program.
To register, type:

To inquire your bill, type:

CENECO Mobile App
On your android smartphones, download CENECO Mobile from Google Playstore and complete the registration process.
The mobile app features Announcements, LATEST BILLS (reflecting bill amounts for the past three months), List of ALVIO payment centers with exact addresses.
RCBC Online Banking
For paying consumers with RCBC accounts, when filling in the payment details, ensure to indicate: CORRECT ACCOUNT NUMBER, DATE OF BILLING, and EXACT AMOUNT TO BE PAID.

Consumers should send a screenshot of fund transfer confirmation to [email protected], including the ACCOUNT NUMBER, ACCOUNT NAME, BILLING MONTH, PAYMENT DATE, and the CENECO BANK ACCOUNT where deposit was made to the e-mail.
Accredited Collecting Banks and Payment Centers
When paying in banks and payment centers, consumers are advised to bring their billing obtained from CENECO SMS program or CENECO Mobile App to be presented to the banks and payment centers for basis.
