Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on August 9, Wednesday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of these outages are as follows:

Date: August 9, 2023 – Wednesday

Time: 8am to 4pm

Reasons:
• Replacement of rotten cross-arms, conversion of vertical to horizontal assembly of 3-phase primary line, re-sagging/correction of low primary line clearances, and pole-to-pole inspection;
• Correction of one 35ft. pole into 40ft. 3-phase primary pole with its assembly to elevate the primary for the installation of one 37.5kVa distribution transformer with its secondary metering, and stringing of secondary drop; and
• Line clearing activities.

Areas Affected: HF4 (portion only) portion of Prk. Pili to Sitio Pataan (EDC), Brgy. Mailum, Bago City

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
