Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on August 27 (Sunday) and 30 (Wednesday). This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of these outages are as follows:

Time: 8am to 4pm

Areas Affected: Hilangban Feeder 4 (Portion Only)

HF4 portion – Prk. San Pedro, Brgy. Napoles, Prk. Star Apple, Brgy. Malingin & Prk. Bayabas II, Brgy. Caridad, Bago City

Reasons:
• Continuation of JO No. 04-23-0048;
• Mid-span erection of 11 primary poles to eliminate long spanning primary and secondary line;
• Conversion of 14-spans 1-phase to 3-phase primary line;
• Extension of 1-span 3-phase primary line; and
• Installation of three 167kVA Distribution Transformer together with its accessories and primary metering relocation of one obstructing primary pole from driveway to row.

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
