CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTIONS ON SEPTEMBER 9 AND 10
Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on September 9 (Saturday) and 10 (Sunday). This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:
Date: September 9, 2023 – Saturday
Time: 7am to 3pm
Reasons:
• Reconductoring works in portion of AF3; and
• Line clearing activities.
Areas Affected: Alijis Feeder 3 (AF3) portion only Bangga Catholic, Mansilingan to Felisa
Date: September 10, 2023 – Sunday
Time: 7am to 3pm
Reasons:
• Replacement of rotten primary poles along CL Montelibano Avenue; and
• Line clearing activities.
Areas Affected: Burgos Feeder 2 (BF2) portion only Bethany Court to Homesite
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
