CENECO informs its valued Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) that the main and area offices, and Robinsons Collection Center will resume its regular operations on Monday, May 18.

MCOs are advised of the new operating hours:

CENECO BACOLOD MAIN OFFICE

Monday to Friday
Office Hours: 8am to 4pm
Collection Hours: 7:30am to 3pm

CENECO AREA OFFICES
(BAGO, MURCIA, TALISAY, SILAY)

Monday to Friday
8am to 4pm

ROBINSONS COLLECTION CENTER

Monday to Friday
8am to 3pm

Accommodation of applications for electric service connection and other consumer services in the Bacolod main office will start on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, from 8am to 3:30pm. Number of MCOs that can be accommodated per day will be limited to ensure proper social distancing. Before coming to the office, MCOs are advised to schedule appointments with our Member-Consumer Services Section through telephone number 458-6777 local numbers 1214, 1216, 1218 or 1222.

CENECO would like to reiterate the following measures to ensure the safety of both employees and MCOs:

-No face mask, No entry

-Temperature checking and sanitizing
shall be done upon entering CENECO

-Social Distancing must be observed
