CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTIONS ON DECEMBER 23

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on December 23, Saturday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:

Date: December 23, 2023 – Saturday

Time: 6am to 9am

Reasons:
• Extension of one span 3-phase primary line;
• Installation of three 37.5kVa private distribution transformers with its accessories and service wires; and
• Tree clearing activities.

Areas Affected: Murcia Feeder 2 (MuF2)
portion of Murcia Proper (Dela Peña, Domingo and Laverra Streets), portion of Brgy. Granada (Hda. Pitogo, Sto. Domingo, Miranda, Consolacion Limjap), portion of Brgy. Salvacion (Farmville, Hda. Velez, Hda. Ballesteros, Prk. Sapa, Smile Village, Linasan), whole area of Brgy. Sta. Cruz and Brgy. Alegria

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
