Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers connected to Murcia Feeders that maintenance activities will be conducted on June 13 (Saturday) and 15 (Monday). This is to ensure reliability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of these outages are as follow:
Date: June 13, 2020 – Saturday
Reasons:
• Replacement of lightning arresters, secondary lead wires and hot line clamps with hotspots; and
• Line clearing activity.
Time: 9am to 1pm
Areas Affected: MuF2 whole Municipality of Salvador Benedicto

Date: June 15, 2020 – Monday
Reasons:
• Swapping of 37.5kva and 25kva to correct the overloaded/underloaded common distribution transformer;
• Replacement of underloaded common distribution transformer from 50kva to 25kva; and
• Replacement of underloaded common distribution transformer from 100kva to 50kva.
Time: 9am to 11am
Areas Affected: MuF1 portion of Canla-on View Subd.
1pm to 2pm
MuF2 portion of Murcia proper
2:30pm to 3:30pm
MuF2 portion of Prk. 5, Brgy. Minoyan
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
