CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTION ON SEPTEMBER 8

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers connected to Burgos Feeder 3 (BF3) that maintenance activities will be conducted on September 8, Tuesday. This is to ensure reliability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers connected to Burgos Feeder 3 (BF3) that maintenance activities will be conducted on September 8, Tuesday. This is to ensure reliability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:

 

Date: September 8, 2020 – Tuesday

 

Reasons:


· Conversion of six-span one-phase primary line into three-phase primary line, mid-span of one 35ft. concrete pole;
· Erection of 17 35ft. concrete poles;
· Installation of one 25kVa and six 37.5kVa distribution transformers;
· Extension of 13-span 1-phase primary line with underbuilt secondary line;
· Extension of 41-span open secondary line

 

Time: 8am to 5pm

 

Areas Affected: BF3 (portion only) Prk. Mayang, Prk. Pedring and Prk. Araw, Brgy. Vista Alegre, Bacolod City

 

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
