Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on September 9, Wednesday. This is to ensure reliability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:

Date: September 9, 2020 – Wednesday
Reasons:
• Replacement of rotten primary poles along Magsaysay St. to Prk. Mars, Brgy. Singcang, Bacolod City; and
• Replacement of rotten primary poles at Captiol Hills Subd., Brgy. Estefania, Bacolod City
Time: 8:30am to 3:30pm
Areas Affected: AF2 (portion only) back of Mitsubishi Motors, Puregold, Fast Cargo Logistic, Red Ribbon, OCSI, Easyweld, and areas along Magsaysay St. to Prk. Mars, Brgy. Singcang, Bacolod City
BF2 (portion only) Capitol Hills Subd., Brgy. Estefania, Bacolod City
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
