CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTION ON JANUARY 15

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on January 15, Friday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:

Date: January 15, 2021 – Friday

Reasons:
• Replacement of six 35ft. 1-phase primary rotten pole with six 35ft. concrete pole and transfer of primary and secondary line for safety;
• Tree clearing activities; and
• Extension of 1-span 1-phase primary line and relocation of one 100kVA common distribution transformer together with its accessories and elevation of kWhr meters for system loss reduction

Time: 9am to 4pm
Areas Affected: AF6 (portion only)

Portion of Topaz St., Ruby St., and Sapphire St., City Heights Subdivision, Brgy. Taculing, Bacolod City

Time: 9am to 2pm
Areas Affected: RF3 (portion only)

Inyong Yulo Avenue, 3rd and 4th road including covered court, Brgy. 35, Bacolod City

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
