CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTION ON JANUARY 22

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on January 22, Friday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:

Date: January 22, 2021 – Friday

 

Reasons:
• Replacement of two rotten 35ft. v-phase primary poles with two 35ft. concrete poles and transfer of primary and secondary lines for safety; and
• Tree clearing activities along the line.

 

Time: 6am to 12nn

Areas Affected: AF1 (portion only) Jose Abad Santos St., Tandang Sora St., Pag-asa St., Prk. Kahirup, Maria Clara Road, Justice F. Jugo St., Prinsesa Tarhata St., Espanilla St., Doña Wisa St., Dimasalang St., Brgy. Tangub, Bacolod City

 

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons.

 

When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge. For inquiries, please call your CENECO Call Center at telephone numbers 458-6777 local 1101, 1102, 1103 and 1107.
