CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTION ON APRIL 14

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on April 14, Wednesday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:

• Opening and closing of 69kV ABS DS03AKS-52 at Abkasa, Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City and 69kV ABS DS09KSY-5Z at Prk. Kasoy, Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City to facilitate the cutting off & retapping of jumpers at Structure 60, in front of Brighton Subd., Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City to isolate portion of 69kV/TL;

• Replacement of three 55-ft. temporary steel structure for safety and to avoid unscheduled power interruption in the future; and
• CENECO/NGCP/NONECO will conduct load transfer of Talisay S/S & Panaogao S/S from Bacolod-Silay 69kV/TL to Cadiz-Silay 69kV/TL at Structure 87 Bacayan, VMC Victorias City.
