Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on June 19, Saturday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:
Date: June 19, 2021 – Saturday
Time: 9am to 12pm
Reasons:
• Tapping from the 3-phase lateral trunkline for the extension of 10 spans 3-phase primary line (conversion of two spans 1-phase to 3-phase, two spans secondary to 3-phase primary line and six spans new 3-phase line with its accessories); and
• Installation of three 37.5kVa distribution transformer with is secondary metering, and stringing of secondary drop.
Areas Affected: areas from KABISIG disconnecting cut-out to Prk. Mansanero, including Prk. Malipayon, Gabi, Saging, Balinghoy, Waling-waling, Mainuswagon, Salong-Paet, San Francisco, Kawayanan, Kamunsilan and Family Farms Ricemill
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
