CENECO Power Advisory Scheduled Power Interruption - November 17, 2021
Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on November 17, Wednesday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:
Date: November 17, 2021 – Wednesday
Reasons: • Reconductoring of five-span one-phase bare conductor primary line into XLPE tree wire; • Replacement of existing primary assemblies to accommodate the installation of XLPE tree wire; • Replacement of single phase primary line from #1/0 ACSR bare wire with #1/0 aluminum insulated tree wire; and, • Tree clearing activities.
Time: 9am to 3pm
Areas Affected: Burgos Feeder 3 (portion only) BF3 (portion only) Prk. 4, Prk. 7, Prk. Proper Alangilan, Prk. 14 and Home for the Aged, Brgy. Alangilan, Bacolod City
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
