CENECO consumers connected to Sum-ag Feeder 1 (SF1) experienced intermittent power interruptions since last night, January 24 until earlier this morning.

To locate where the fault is, our technical crew had to conduct several sectionalizing and testing, thus, it is not easy and it takes time to pinpoint these kinds of trouble.

It was then identified that the trip-offs was caused by leakage in the pin insulator located at Prk. Kawayanan, Phase VI-B, Brgy. Handumanan, Bacolod City.

To facilitate the restoration of power, our responding crew replaced the pin insulator.

CENECO would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by these unscheduled power interruptions.
