DUE DATE REMINDERS

Your electricity bill must be paid within nine (9) days after it was rendered.

EXAMPLE:
Date Issued Due Date
January 16, 2022 January 25, 2022

A Notice of Disconnection is rendered on day 10, counting from the day the bill was rendered.

Disconnection of electricity service is carried out two (2) days after you received the Notice of Disconnection.

You may pay your electric bills through online payment methods or at CENECO offices and accredited collection centers.

PAY YOUR BILLS PROMPTLY TO AVOID DISCONNECTION.
