Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on February 5, Saturday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:
Date: February 5, 2022 – Saturday
Reasons:
• Preventive Maintenance Servicing of 20MVA power transformer, and repair of hot spot, Reclamation area, Brgy. 35, Bacolod City;
• Replacement of rotten poles and line clearing activities covering Reclamation Feeders 1 to 5 (RF1, RF2, RF3, RF4 and RF5);
• Extension of 3-span single-phase primary line;
• Erection of three 35ft. concrete pole; and
• Installation of one 25kVa private distribution transformer with its accessories.
Time: 7am to 4pm

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
