The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) will shut down its Bacolod-San Enrique 69kV line affecting CENECO’s Sum-ag and Lag-asan Substations on July 3, Sunday.

 
CENECO shall take advantage of this downtime to conduct simultaneous maintenance activities.
Details of this outage are as follows:

Date: July 3, 2022 – Sunday

Reasons:
• NGCP will conduct:
1. Continuation of replacement of remaining wood poles with steel poles as part of the Wood Pole Replacement Program of NGCP, and correction of other transmission line defects; and
2. Ride-on PM and correction of other defects on the affected high voltage equipment including protection and secondary devices.

• CENECO will conduct:
1) Preventive Maintenance of 10MVA Sum-ag Substation Power Transformer including feeder reclosers;
2) Replacement of rotten primary wood poles and secondary poles;
3) Preventive Maintenance of 10MVA Hilangban Substation Power Transformer including feeder reclosers;
4) Replacement of rotten primary wood poles and secondary poles; and
5) Tree clearing activities.

 
Time: 6am to 6pm
