Consumers are advised to pay their electric bills ON or BEFORE the DUE DATE to CENECO-accredited collecting banks and collection centers to avoid disconnection and long queues in paying overdue bills.

CENECO also warns its consumers against establishments posing as CENECO payment centers. Paying consumers are advised to transact their bill payments only with authorized CENECO collection centers such as ALVIO, SaveMore Customer Service and accredited collecting banks.
