HOW TO PROCESS YOUR ELECTRICAL SERVICE PERMIT?

 

To ensure strict physical distancing and to avoid waiting on long lines, applicants for electric service connection at CENECO Bacolod main office may opt to proceed with the following:


STEP 1: SET AN APPOINTMENT


a.) WALK-IN. Walk-in applicants shall fill up an inquiry slip provided at CENECO Bacolod main office. The applicant will be asked to leave a contact number for confirmation of appointment schedule and other electric application concerns.

b.) FACEBOOK MESSENGER. Applicants may schedule their appointment through the following CENECO service application Facebook pages: CENECO Service Application – 1 or CENECO Service Application – 2. Our Member-Consumer Service Coordinators are open to cater your concerns from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

STEP 2: WAIT FOR THE CONFIRMATION OR UPDATE OF YOUR APPLICATION STATUS
