RCBC MyWallet cardholders and any Bancnet debit cardholders may now pay their electricity bills through RCBC mPOS at the CENECO main and area collection offices and Robinsons collection center.

This is in line with CENECO’s aim to provide other modes of payment to its valued Member-Consumer-Owners.
