To minimize human interaction and to avoid the spread of the CoViD-19, CENECO promotes the online bills payment through RCBC Online Banking.

Paying consumers with RCBC accounts may visit www.rcbconlinebanking.com and take on the enrollment steps. Once the account has been set up, the bills payment option is provided, among other selections. When filling in the payment details, ensure to indicate the correct account number, billing month, and exact amount to be paid as reflected on your CENECO bill for a successful transaction. Consumers should screenshot the payment confirmation and send the image to [email protected].
