CENECO SETS EMERGENCY POWER INTERRUPTION ON JANUARY 27
Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on January 27, Thursday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:
Date: January 27, 2022 – Thursday
Reasons: • Emergency resagging of two separate spans of three-phase primary line with its secondary line that was hit by a tree during typhoon Odette
Time: 9am to 1pm
Areas Affected: HF3 (portion only) portion of Brgy. Alianza: from Hda. Rufina to Purok Mahirup area
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
