CENECO informs its consumers that the Collection Section in Bacolod Main Office and Area Offices in Bago, Murcia, Talisay and Silay will be 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡 from 8am to 4pm to accommodate paying consumers on December 23 (Saturday) and 26 (Tuesday).

Further, our Emergency Services Unit is open 24/7 to accommodate power-related concerns. To report power interruptions, you may call CENECO Helplines Unit at (034) 458-6777 local 1101, 1102 and 1103, or at mobile numbers 0949-401-0144 and 0967-471-5122.
