Greetings from CENECO!

We, at Central Negros Electric Cooperative (CENECO), are writing to inform you about an upcoming meter mapping activity scheduled to take place on December 5, 2023.

As part of our commitment to providing you with efficient and reliable electrical services, CENECO will be conducting a comprehensive meter mapping exercise throughout our service/franchise area with the assistance of I3BSOLUTIONS OPC, a third-party service provider. This activity aims to update our records thru geotagging and ensure accurate billing and efficient meter reading for our valued consumers.

The meter mapping activity will involve our skilled technicians visiting each consumer’s premises to verify and record the meter identification details such as geotagging of the meter and the household.

To facilitate a smooth and successful meter mapping activity, we kindly request your cooperation thru:

1. Access to Premises. Please ensure that our technicians have unobstructed access to your meter during inspection.

2. Clear Pathways: Please ensure that the pathways leading to your meter are clear of any obstacles, such as parked vehicles or debris, to allow our technicians to perform their duties efficiently.

3. Pets and Safety: If you have pets, we kindly request that you secure them during the visit to ensure the safety of our technicians and your beloved pets.

We understand that your time is valuable, and we assure you that our technicians will strive to complete the meter mapping activity promptly and with minimal disruption. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it will greatly assist us in providing you with accurate billing and efficient services.

Furthermore, all authorized field personnel in this meter mapping activity shall be wearing their company IDs for proper identification.
