In yesterday’s public hearing held at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall, CENECO was able to clarify issues related to increased consumption and power rates during the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ).

The hearing which was spearheaded by the Committee on Energy with Atty. Archie Baribar as Chair and Councilors Simplicia Distrito and Wilson Gamboa Jr., was attended by representatives of various consumer groups.

Board President Dwight Carbon conveyed its appreciation to the Bacolod City Council for the opportunity to shed light on the concerns raised by consumers.
