CENECO Power Advisory Scheduled Power Interruption - October 16-17, 2021
Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on October 16, (Saturday) and 17 (Sunday). This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of these outages are as follows:
Date: October 16, 2021 – Saturday
Reasons:
• Replacement of polyethelyne/polyemer and broken pin insulator along Hilangban Feeder 4 (HF4) line;
• Pull-out of unutilized pole; and
• Tree clearing activities.
Time: 8am to 1pm
Areas Affected: HF4 Lag-asan Relocation Site, Brgy. Napoles, Brgy. Malingin, Crossing Mining, Brgy. Ma-ao, Villa Cristeta, Brgy. Bacong, Brgy. Binubuhan, Brgy. Mailum, Brgy. Ilijan, Viva Mineral Water, Buenos Aires Resort, Brgy. Manghumay, PNOC-EDC
Date: October 17, 2021 – Sunday
Reasons:
• Conversion of 13-span primary line from single-phase to three-phase;
• Extension of 4-span 3-phase primary line;
• Installation of three 50kVa private distribution transformers with its accessories and service wires; and
• Tree trimming.
Time: 8am to 5pm
Areas Affected: MuF2 (portion only) Hda. Libertad, Brgy. Cansilayan, Murcia
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons.
When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge. For inquiries, please call your CENECO Call Center at telephone numbers 458-6777 local 1101, 1102, 1103 and 1107.
