Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on April 21, Sunday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:

Date: April 21, 2024 – Sunday

Time: 6am to 6pm

Reasons:
• Erection of eight 80ft. 69kV poles;
• Installation of two 80ft. concrete poles and installation of 69kV transmission line assemblies;
• Re-routing of two-span 69kV line;
• Erection of one 75ft. steel pole;
• Replacement of one 65ft. wood pole into steel pole;
• Installation of 69kV line accessories and assemblies; and
• Opening/Closing of load break switch at Prk. Villa Gracia, Bata.

Areas Affected: Burgos Feeder (BF4) (portion only)
Bacolod-Silay Airport access road, Church of Latter Day Saints Temple, McDonalds Forbes Hill, North Hill Gateway, Forbes Hill, Fountain Grove

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
