CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTION ON AUGUST 18

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on August 18, Wednesday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:

Date: August 18, 2021 – Wednesday

Reasons:
• Mid-span erection of one 40ft. 3-phase primary pole with stud pole, and relocation of four 40ft. 3-phase primary poles encroaching a private property;
• Replacement of three rotten primary wood poles; and
• Tree clearing activities

Time: 9am to 3pm

Areas Affected: Murcia Feeder 2 (MuF2) – portion only
Brgy. Salvacion, Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Brgy. Alegria, municipality of Murcia, Including Firmville Subd.

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
