CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTION ON AUGUST 29

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on August 29, Sunday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follow:

Date: August 29, 2021 – Sunday

Reasons:
• Conversion of 24 spans single-phase to three-phase primary line with its accessories;
• Replacement of one 30ft. pole to 35ft. pole; and
• Installation of three 37.5kVa distribution transformers with its secondary metering and stringing of secondary drop

Time: 8am to 5pm

Areas Affected: Hilangban Feeder 3 (HF3) – portion only
portion of Brgy. Alianza from Hda. Rufina to Prk. Mahirup area, Bago City

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
