Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on December 4, Sunday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:

Date: December 4, 2022 – Sunday

Reasons:
• Closing/opening of DS07CBE-5Z at Circumferential Road-Buri Road disconnecting switch east in order to isolate and correct hot spot along portion of Bacolod-Bata 69kV STL;
• Preventive maintenance and integrity testing of 20MVA power transformer and related accessories;
• Correction of hot spot at Burgos substation and replacement of disconnecting switches at secondary side to prevent unscheduled power interruptions;
• Replacement of primary rotten poles; and
• Tree/line clearing activities.

Time: 6am to 2pm
