Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on December 22, Thursday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:
Date: December 22, 2022 – Thursday Time: 9am to 2pm
Reasons: • Lay-out of SCADA fiber optic cable from selected maintenance loop to substation
Areas Affected: HF2 (portion only) areas along Rafael Salas Drive, from Crossing High School to Crossing Gen. Luna St., including areas along Bonifacio St., from Highway to Phase I, Brgy. Lag-asan, Bago City PNP, BFP, BJMP, Lag-asan Elementary School
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
