CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTION ON FEBRUARY 6

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on February 6, Tuesday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:

Date: February 6, 2024 – Tuesday
Time: 9am to 4pm

Reasons:
•Conversion of 7-spans one phase primary line into three phase primary line;
•Erection of two 3ft and one 40ft concrete poles and extension of two spans three phase primary line;
•Installation of three disconnecting cut out at pole No.1 and No. 7;
•Installation of primary metering assemblies and three 167-kVa private distribution transformers flatform mounted; and
•Open/ Close/ Remove/ Install of hotline clamp.
Areas Affected: Burgos Feeder 2 (BF2) (portion only)

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
