CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTION ON JANUARY 15, 2022
Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on January 15, Saturday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:
Date: January 15, 2022 – Saturday
Reasons: • Mid-span erection of one 40ft. concrete pole; • Extension of one short span three-phase primary line; and • Installation of three 500kVa private distribution transformers with its accessories, LBS and primary metering.
Time: 6am to 10am
Areas Affected: AGF2 (portion only) corner Doña Juliana-San Sebastian Streets, Brgy. 33, Bacolod City
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
