CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTIONS ON JUNE 1 AND 2
Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on June 1, Saturday and June 2, Sunday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions.
Date: June 1, 2024 – Saturday
Time: 6am to 3pm
Reasons:
· Reconductoring of five span 3-phase primary line; and
· Extension of four span 3-phase primary line for voltage improvement.
Areas Affected: Burgos Feeder 2 (BF2) (portion only)
Portion of Sierra Madre St., Marapara St., Madia-as St., Mayon St., Kanlaon St. and Maso St., Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod City

Reasons:
· Midspan erection of one 35ft. concrete pole; and
· Installation of private three 15KVA distribution transformer together with its accessories and service wire.

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
