Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on October 6 (Wednesday) and 7 (Thursday). This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of these outages are as follows:
Date: October 6, 2021 – Wednesday
Reasons:
• Extension of three spans primary line and one span open secondary line, replacement of two 35ft. rotten poles and three rotten open secondary poles for the correction of long network of the existing distribution transformer, and installation of one 25kVa distribution transformer with its accessories
Time: 9am to 3pm
Areas Affected: HF2 (portion only) entire area of Sitio Pinanuy-an, including MRA Subdivision and Prk. Roma, Brgy. Sampinit, Bago City
Date: October 7, 2021 – Thursday
Reasons:
• Installation of one 15kVa distribution transformer with its secondary metering, and stringing of its secondary drop
Time: 9am to 12pm
Areas Affected: HF2 (portion only) portion of an area along Rizal-Sarmiento St. and portion of Limbo, Brgy. Poblacion, Bago City
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
