Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on February 2, 2023 (Thursday). This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:
Date: February 2, 2023 – Thursday
Time: 8am to 11am
Reasons: • Mid-span erection of one 35ft. concrete three phase primary pole and one 35ft. steel single phase primary pole; • Extension of one-span single phase primary line; and • Installation of one 37.5kVA private Distribution Transformer together with its accessories.
Areas Affected: Talisay Feeder 1 (portion only)
Brgy. Zone 3, Doña Enrica Lizares St., Inocencia V. Ferrer Memorial School of Fisheries, and portions of Zone 2 and Zone 4, Talisay City.
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
