CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTIONS ON JANUARY 19 AND 20

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on January 19, Friday, and January 20, Saturday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:

Date: January 19, 2024 – Friday
Time: 9am to 1pm

Reasons:
•Extension of one span 3-phase primary line, erection of one 40ft concrete pole;
•Installation of three 167kVa private-owned distribution transformers together with its accessories; and
•Installation of primary metering and stringing of its XLPE.


Areas Affected: Reclamation Feeder 1 (RF1) (portion only) Burgos St. – San Juan St, Portion of Brgy. 10, Bacolod City

Date: January 20, 2024 – Saturday
Time: 9am to 2pm

Reasons:
•Isolation of two lateral primary lines for tapping and energization of power main lines.

Areas Affected: Sum-ag Feeder 1 (SF1) (portion only) Lateral lines of DECA Homes Subdivision, Brgy. Cabug

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
