CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTIONS ON JANUARY 25 AND 27

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on January 25 (Monday) and 27 (Wednesday). This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of these outages are as follows:

Date: January 25, 2021 – Monday


Reasons:
• Replacement of one rotten 30ft. secondary pole with one 30ft. concrete pole and transfer of secondary assemblies for safety; and
• Tree clearing activities along the line.
Time: 6am to 10am
Areas Affected: MF4 (portion only) Prk. Riverside, Brgy. Bata, Bacolod City

Date: January 27, 2021 – Wednesday


Reasons:
• Replacement of twelve rotten 35ft. 1-phase poles with twelve 30ft. concrete poles and transfer of primary and secondary lines, including transformer and accessories for safety; and
• Tree clearing activities along the line.
Time: 6am to 12nn
Areas Affected: AF6 (portion only) City Heights Subd., Brgy. Taculing, Bacolod City

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
