CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTIONS ON JULY 20 AND 21
Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on July 20 (Saturday) and 21 (Sunday). This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of these outages are as follows:
Date: July 20, 2024 – Saturday
Reasons:
• Preventive maintenance schedule and integrity testing of 30MVA Alijis Substation and related accessories;
• Replacement of power transformer protective relay;
• Correction of hotspot, testing and feeder metering maintenance;
• Replacement of rotten primary poles; and
• Tree clearing activities.
