CENECO SET POWER INTERRUPTIONS ON JULY 23 & 24
Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on July 23 & 24, Saturday and Sunday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of these outages are as follows:
Date: July 23, 2022 – Saturday
Reasons:
• Corrective maintenance of distribution lines affected by the ongoing clean-up of spaghetti wires in coordination with Bacolod City LGU.
Time: 8am to 5pm
Areas Affected: Reclamation Feeder 1 – RF1 (portion only)
San Juan Street (San Sebastian to Gonzaga)
Date: July 24, 2022 – Sunday
Reasons:
• Job maintenance along San Juan Street in front of Amaia Steps Capitol Central; and
• Line clearing activities.
Time: 7am to 12nn
Areas Affected: Reclamation Feeder 1 – RF1
RF1 Prk. Boulevard, San Juan St. (from San Sebastian to Gonzaga St.), Sylvia Manor, portion of City Hall facing Luzuriaga, Plaza Mart, San Juan St. (Burgos St. along Cordova Boulevard Road–North Drive), South Capitol Road (San Juan St.–Lagoon), BREDCO, Reclamation Area, along San Juan St. (B.S. Aquino Drive – Burgos St.), Gatuslao Imperial Court going to North Drive, Caltex North Drive going to Puregold. Cordova St., Puregold Banago going to Bangga Langis.
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
