Reason: Recloser (fronting Villa Cristeta, Brgy. Ma-ao) tripped due to the ff. reasons:
-busted pin insulator
-a tree trunk fell on the primary line
-a third line (street light) attached to the primary line
The said events were brought about by strong winds and heavy rain.
