- 5:08am – Bacolod-Silay 69kV line tripped off
- 5:58am – Power was restored to Burgos, Mt. View and Talisay Feeders; Silay Feeders were isolated due to 69kV line wire down at Hda. Binaliwan, Talisay City
- 7:47am – Silay Feeders were connected to Bacolod-Cadiz 69kV line
- 8:57am – Bacolod-Cadiz 69kV line tripped off
Status:
- ongoing troubleshooting of the 69kv line wire down at Talisay City
- conducting survey at Hda. Maquina for possible line fault
- 11:51am – Lopez and Panaogao Feeders are online
