TO ALL PAYING CONSUMERS:
To avoid disconnection of electric service, DO NOT pay your bills to unauthorized payment centers posing as CENECO collecting agents.
Transact your bill payments only with authorized CENECO collection centers such as ALVIO, SaveMore Customer Service and accredited collecting banks.
Please be guided accordingly.
Additional Reminders:
Your electricity bill must be paid within nine (9) days after it was rendered.
A Notice of Disconnection is rendered on day 10, counting from the day the bill was rendered.
Disconnection of electricity service is carried out two (2) days after you received the Notice of Disconnection.
