Initially PEDC unit 1 tripped at 1206H noon due to boiler feed pump issue. At 1409H, both PEDC unit 2 and PCPC tripped.
PEDC unit 3 is on planned outage since mid December.
At 1307H, Panay is isolated.
Power restoration is ongoing.
[UPDATE] Total tripping of Negros-Panay grid at 3:07pm.
CENECO is still awaiting update from NGCP.
