CENECO SET POWER INTERRUPTIONS ON NOVEMBER 12 & 13

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on November 12 (Saturday) and 13 (Sunday). This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of these outages are as follows:


Date: November 12, 2022 – Saturday
Time: 9am to 11am


Reasons:
• Mid-span erection of one 40ft. primary pole for the installation of one 37.5kVA distribution transformer together with its secondary metering and stringing of its secondary drop.


Areas Affected: Sum-ag Feeder 2
SF2 From Sum-ag Substation along Abuanan Road (Sum-ag) to portion of Bago, Brgy. Tabunan, Brgy. Dulao, Quiet Place Resort, Brgy. Atipulu-an and Brgy. Abuanan, Sayson Piggery, GC&C Crusher, Prk. Sambag, Prk. Cadena de Amor, Prk. Rose 1 & 2`., Prk. Maasin & Prk. Sta. Rita, Prk. Tumpok, Bago City (Portion of Municipality of Murcia: Prk. Theodora, Brgy Damsite & Prk. Overflow, Blumentritt.)

Reasons:
• Preventive maintenance of 10MVA Lopez Substation and related accessories for safety and reliability;
• Replacement of primary rotten poles of Lopez Feeders 1, 2 and 3 for safety and reliability of feeder lines; and,
• Line clearing activities.

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
