Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on June 8, Saturday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:

Date: June 8, 2024 – Saturday

Time:8am to 12nn

Reasons:
•Midspan erection of 40ft. 3-phase concrete pole;
•Extension of one-span 3-phase primary line;
•Installation of three 50kVa private distribution transformers; and
•Tree clearing activities.

Areas Affected: Murcia Feeder 2 (MuF 2) (portion only)
Brgy. Sta. Rosa, Brgy. Amayco, Brgy. Canlandog and Brgy. Pandanon Silos, Municipality of Murcia and the whole Municipality of Don Salvador Benedicto.

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
