Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CENECO) attended the Public Hearing convened by the Bacolod City Sangguniang Panglungsod (SP) to clarify matters relative to the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Decision on Over/Under Recoveries and power interruptions, among others.

During the hearing, CENECO CORPLAN Chief Engr. Christian Villena and Consumer Accounts Department Manager Atty. Chuchie Destriza explained about the ERC Final Decision on Cases No. 2012-003 CF, 2015-024 CF, 2018-018 CF & 2021-031 CF which pertains to the P238 Million and P149 Million Over/Under Recoveries.
The said hearing was requested by Power Watch Negros Advocates, Inc. Secretary General, Wennie Sancho and was also attended by Social Action Center & Amlig Kuryente consumer groups.

The hearing which was spearheaded by the Committee on Energy with Hon. Claudio Jesus Raymundo “Kalaw” Puentevella as Chairmain, together with Councilors Hon. Thaddy Sayson and Hon. Jason Villarosa.
